VISION

Our role is to deepen dialogue through bags, and as a result, to add rich colors to people's daily lives.
Our product development and selection of the products we handle all start from this perspective. We believe that our products should not be an imposition of our way of thinking, but should embody the thoughts and styles of the people who use them.
We will continue to offer bags that are loved and used for a long time by our customers with a strong desire that is second to none.

”Cosmetic”

The "meyui," the symbol of Ikedaya, is a dyed pattern that colors clothing.
The word "cosmetic" is derived from the Greek word "Kosmos," which has the same meaning of coloring the world.
The Greek word "Kosmos" means "order (harmony)," "ornament," and "beauty," and refers to the cosmos, or the universe (world).
The origin of the energy that creates and moves the "universe (world)" is "harmony, ornamentation, and beauty," in other words, coloring, which is the will in life, not only in people, and the reason why this world is beautiful.
Hence, "Your thoughts, our thoughts," which fulfill a rich and fulfilling life.
We have adopted the concept of "cosmetics (cosmetics and beauty)" to express our fundamental stance.
Although "meyui" itself is a dyed pattern, we find the essential meaning of "cosmetic" as "the power that can change the world (the power to activate)" behind the act of coloring.
