Return and Exchange Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or changes (exchanges) once an order has been placed.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the delivered product is defective and unused.
In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, please contact us using the inquiry form on this site within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns without notification.

When you send the product to us, please return it with the package and tags in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the package, tags, or other accessories are damaged or missing.

Please note that we manage inventory at multiple stores, so depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to provide the product you requested.

In that case, we are truly sorry, but we may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
